As the Chief Executive Officer of Black Start, LLC, Jeff leads our team of engineers and technicians that provide power generation support and control systems solutions for various technologies, including thermal, wind, solar, and water treatment projects.


Jeff Downen is the Founder and CEO of Black Start, a Perry Technical Institute graduate, and USMC combat veteran.
